CANCELLATION POLICY

• Confirmation texts are sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment. Over the next 48 hours, you have the ability to change your booking in any way you’d like 24/7 here on GlossGenius, by clicking the link in the confirmation email you’ve received! • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. • No shows will need to leave a deposit for future bookings. • If you’re more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule, in which case the cancellation policy will take effect. 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈 Last minute cancellations/reschedules/no shows have an impact on my business- Please understand that I’m reserving this spot especially for you and both of our time is valuable.
