Over the next 48 hours, you have the ability to change your booking in anyway you’d like 24/7 here on GlossGenius. • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. • No shows will be charged 100% of the service and may need to leave a deposit for future bookings. • If you’re more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule, in which case the cancellation policy will take effect.
